In Milk Thistle Complex Alfred Vogel brings the seeds of this very prickly plant together with four other important herbs - Dandelion, Artichoke, Peppermint and Boldo - whose beneficial effects have been known for centuries

  Contains the tinctures of fresh Cynara scolymus* (Artichoke) leaves 46%, Silybum marianum (Milk Thistle) dried fruit 32%, fresh Taraxacum officinalis* (Dandelion) herb and root 12%, Peumus boldus (Boldo) dried leaf 7% and fresh Mentha piperita* (Peppermint) leaves 3%.
  Alcohol content: 62% v/v
  * Organically grown.
  
  Directions for use:
  Adults: 1 tablet twice daily.
  Maintenance: 1 tablet daily. The maintenance dose is appropriate long term and fro chronic conditions.
  Children: This product is not recommended for children.
  Please note: Increased frequency of bowel movements may occur because of the increased secretion of the digestive juices.
